To the left of the throne stands Cerberus, the three-headed guardian of the underworld, serving as an attribute of the syncretic deity. The composition is characteristic of Alexandrian provincial coinage, where the Graeco-Egyptian cult of Sarapis was prominently featured. The regnal date legend appears in the field. |
