(Translation: Emperor Trajan Augustus Germanicus Dacicus)
Reverse description Emperor Trajan, laureate and wearing the toga, standing upright in a quadriga drawn by four elephants advancing to the right. The emperor holds an eagle-tipped sceptre in one hand and a branch in the other, symbols of imperial authority and victory. Above the quadriga, a small figure of Nike (Victory) flies, conferring divine approval upon the triumphant scene. The composition evokes Trajan's Dacian triumph and reflects the celebratory iconography common to Alexandrian provincial coinage of this period. The regnal year legend appears in the field.
