Reverse description Draped bust of the syncretic deity Sarapis facing right, wearing the distinctive cylindrical kalathos (modius) atop his head, a hallmark of his iconography in Alexandrian coinage. A crescent symbol appears to the left of the bust in the field, and a star is positioned to the right, both celestial symbols commonly associated with Sarapis in Egyptian religious tradition. The regnal date legend L Γ, denoting the third year of the reign, is present in the field. The reverse exhibits significant wear and encrustation consistent with the obverse.
