| Obverse description | Youthful draped and cuirassed bust of Commodus as Caesar, paludamentum visible, laureate head facing right, depicted in three-quarter front view. The portrait reflects the early iconographic type of Commodus prior to his elevation to Augustus, with idealized facial features consistent with provincial bronze coinage of the Antonine period. The obverse legend encircles the bust in Greek characters. |

| Reverse description | Tetrastyle temple with rounded pediment, enclosing a cult statue of Zeus Larasios seated left upon a throne, holding Nike in his extended right hand and a long sceptre in his left. The architectural rendering includes stylized columns framing the divine figure, characteristic of the temple-type reverses common to the civic coinage of Tralles in Lydia. The magistrate's name and city ethnic appear in the legend surrounding the design. |
