Obverse description Laureate and cuirassed bust of Emperor Gallienus facing right, depicted from the front, with elaborate military dress visible at the shoulder. The effigy exhibits the characteristic portraiture style of the sole reign period, with the laurel wreath rendered in relief around the head. The circular legend runs along the outer border of the flan, partially visible on the worn surface. The coin displays a green-brown patina consistent with long-buried provincial bronze coinage of Asia Minor.

Reverse description Asclepius and Homonoia depicted standing face to face in the field. Asclepius appears on the left, leaning upon his serpent-entwined staff (the caduceus of healing), while Homonoia stands on the right, extending a patera in her right hand and cradling a cornucopia in her left. The composition alludes to the civic virtues of concord and divine health patronage. The reverse legend, distributed across the field and border, records the name of the local magistrate and the issuing community. The coin's surface shows significant wear and encrustation typical of provincial bronze issues from Mysia.
