| Obverse description | Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Caracalla facing right, rendered in three-quarter view from the front, with the paludamentum visible over the left shoulder and segmented cuirass details below. The imperial effigy occupies the majority of the flan, executed in the robust provincial style characteristic of Ionian civic coinage. The Greek legend runs around the periphery of the field, partially visible due to the irregular flan. |
