Obverse description Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Caracalla facing right, seen from the rear, with elaborate drapery and cuirass detail visible at the shoulder. The youthful imperial effigy is rendered in fine relief, characteristic of provincial bronze coinage of the Severan period. A circular Greek legend surrounds the bust within a beaded border.

Reverse description Artemis, depicted as divine huntress, stands or is seated in a quadriga of galloping stags moving to the right, holding a bow in her extended hand. The four stags are rendered in dynamic motion, their antlers prominently detailed, conveying the characteristic Anatolian cult imagery of Artemis venerated at Sebastopolis. The ethnic legend of the issuing city is distributed around the reverse field within a beaded border.
