| Obverse description | Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Emperor Elagabalus facing right, rendered in three-quarter view seen from the rear, a presentation typical of eastern provincial civic coinage of the Severan period. The imperial effigy displays the paludamentum fastened at the shoulder and segmented cuirass. The surrounding field carries the Greek imperial titulature legend disposed around the periphery within a dotted border. |
