Obverse description Laureate head of Antoninus Pius facing right, with traces of drapery visible at the shoulder truncation. The effigy is rendered in the typical Alexandrian provincial style, with the laurel wreath clearly articulated around the head. The surrounding Greek legend runs along the periphery of the flan, identifying the emperor by his full titulature. The flan is broad and irregular, consistent with Alexandrian bronze coinage of the period.

Reverse description Draped bust of Zeus facing right, crowned with a laurel wreath, depicted in the Hellenistic tradition characteristic of Alexandrian civic coinage. The bust shows the god's characteristic mature, bearded features with drapery falling over the shoulder. The regnal year legend appears in the field, serving as the primary dating element on this issue. The reverse type reflects the syncretic religious iconography common to Roman Egypt, where Zeus was frequently assimilated with local deities.
