| Obverse description | Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Antoninus Pius facing right, with full beard rendered in fine curling detail. The emperor's effigy is portrayed in the Alexandrian provincial style, with a prominent laureate wreath framing the head. The surrounding field carries the imperial Greek legend distributed around the periphery.
