| Obverse description | Laureate bust of Emperor Trajan facing right, depicted with characteristic short neck and strong profile typical of Trajanic Alexandrian coinage. The effigy is rendered in the local Egyptian-Roman artistic tradition, with the laureate wreath clearly distinguishing the imperial portrait. A partial Greek legend surrounds the bust along the periphery of the flan.
