| Obverse description | Laureate bust of Emperor Trajan facing right, with drapery visible at the shoulder. The portrait displays the characteristic Roman imperial effigy in profile, rendered in the provincial Alexandrian style. The surrounding legend runs along the periphery of the flan, partially obscured by heavy patination and surface wear. The field shows an aged green patina consistent with extended burial, with some detail loss to the high points of the relief. |
