| Obverse description | Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Caracalla facing right, rendered in the provincial style characteristic of Phrygian civic coinage. The effigy displays the youthful features of the emperor, with the laurel wreath clearly articulated along the crown. A circular Greek legend surrounds the portrait within a beaded border. The flan is broad and slightly irregular, consistent with hammered provincial bronze production of the Severan period. |
