| Obverse description | Bare laureate head of Caracalla facing right, with short-cropped hair rendered in fine radiating lines beneath the laurel wreath. The portrait displays the characteristic youthful features of the emperor, with a slightly draped shoulder visible at the bust truncation. The encircling Greek legend runs along the outer border of the flan. The flan is irregular and the surface exhibits heavy patination consistent with provincial bronze coinage of the Severan period. |

| Reverse description | Heracles standing in three-quarter view facing right, his right hand resting on his hip in a relaxed contrapposto pose, while his left arm leans upon his club, which rests against a rock upon which the Nemean lion skin is draped. The figure is rendered in the heroic nude tradition typical of provincial bronze coinage of Phrygia. The Greek legend encircles the type, identifying the city of Nacolea and honoring Heracles as its founder. The reverse field is worn but the main compositional elements remain discernible. |
