Obverse description Laureate bust of Emperor Hadrian facing right, with drapery visible on the left shoulder, rendered in the provincial Alexandrian style. The imperial effigy is depicted in bold relief characteristic of Egyptian provincial coinage, with the laureate wreath clearly delineated around the head. The surrounding field carries the Greek imperial titulature arranged in two groups separated by a dash. Despite significant wear, the portrait retains the characteristic physiognomy associated with Hadrianic coinage from Alexandria.
