| Obverse description | Bare-headed, bearded bust of Emperor Hadrian facing left, rendered in the Alexandrian provincial style with finely detailed curly hair and short beard. The emperor is depicted with a truncated draped shoulder visible at the base. The Greek imperial legend encircles the portrait, divided across the field on both sides of the effigy. The coin exhibits a dark green patina consistent with Egyptian provincial bronze coinage of the Antonine period. |

| Obverse lettering | ΑΥΤ ΚΑΙϹ ΤΡΑΙΑΝ - ΑΔΡΙΑΝΟϹ ϹΕΒ (Translation: Emperor Caesar Trajan Hadrian Augustus) |
| Reverse description | Isis Pharia advancing to the right, depicted in flowing draped robes with an elaborate crown, holding a sistrum in her extended right hand and billowing sail with her left arm outstretched behind her. To the right stands the Pharos of Alexandria, rendered as a tall multi-tiered lighthouse surmounted by a beacon. The regnal year date L ΙΗ (year 18) appears prominently in the upper field. The composition reflects the importance of the Alexandrian harbor and the syncretic cult of Isis as patroness of sailors. |
