Obverse description Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Emperor Hadrian facing right, rendered in three-quarter view from the rear, a presentation characteristic of Alexandrian provincial coinage of this period. The effigy displays the emperor's distinctive beard and laurel wreath, with paludamentum draped over the left shoulder and cuirass visible beneath. The encircling Greek legend occupies the periphery of the flan. The portrait style reflects the refined Hellenistic artistic tradition maintained by the Alexandrian mint workshops.
