| Obverse description | Laureate head of Antoninus Pius facing right, rendered in the naturalistic Alexandrian style with fine portraiture detail including a short beard. The emperor's laurel wreath is clearly defined, with ties visible at the nape of the neck. A continuous Greek legend surrounds the effigy along the periphery of the flan, identifying the emperor by his full titulature. The flan is broad and slightly irregular, characteristic of Alexandrian provincial bronze coinage of the Antonine period. |

| Obverse lettering | ΑΥΤ Κ Τ ΑΙΛ ΑΔΡ ΑΝΤωΝΙΝΟϹ ϹΕΒ ΕΥϹ (Translation: Emperor Caesar Titus Aelius Hadrian Antoninus Augustus Pius) |
| Reverse description | A frontal temple façade with two papyriform columns supporting a rounded pediment, characteristic of Egyptian architectural depictions on Alexandrian coinage. Within the intercolumniation, the goddess Isis is shown seated to the right, holding or nursing the infant Harpocrates. A palm branch appears before the temple, a symbol of victory and divine favour frequently employed in Alexandrian iconography. The composition reflects the syncretistic religious milieu of Roman Egypt, blending pharaonic temple architecture with Hellenistic divine imagery. The date regnal legend appears in the field. |
