Obverse description Laureate head of Antoninus Pius facing left, with traces of drapery visible at the shoulder. The portrait is rendered in the typical Alexandrian provincial style, with a wreath of laurel leaves encircling the head. The legend, partially legible due to wear, runs around the periphery of the flan. The flan is broad and irregular, characteristic of Alexandrian bronze coinage of the Antonine period.
