| Obverse description | Laureate, draped bust of Emperor Antoninus Pius facing right, rendered in the provincial Greek style. The effigy shows the emperor with a wreath of laurel leaves framing his portrait, with drapery visible at the shoulder. A Greek imperial titulature legend surrounds the bust in the field, reading from the left side upward and continuing around the right. The portrait is modelled in moderate relief consistent with Antonine-period provincial bronze coinage from the Conventus of Cyzicus. |

| Reverse description | Homonoia type depicting two turreted Tyche figures in a dexiosis (handshake) scene, symbolising the civic concord between Cyzicus and Ephesus. To the left, the turreted Tyche of Cyzicus stands facing right, holding a long sceptre in her outer hand; to the right, the turreted Tyche of Ephesus stands facing left, likewise holding a long sceptre in her outer hand. Both figures clasp right hands at centre in the gesture of concordia. The reverse legend names the presiding magistrate (archon) Claudius Hestiaeus and references both cities, with the term ΟΜΟΝΟΙΑ indicating the alliance celebrated by this issue. |
