Reverse description The syncretistic deity Apollo-Mên depicted on horseback, moving to the right, with the rider carrying a double axe (labrys) raised over the right shoulder. The horse is shown in a vigorous prancing pose, rendered in the robust provincial style characteristic of Lydian civic bronzes. The scene occupies the central field, framed by a beaded border, with the civic and magistrate legend distributed around the periphery and in the exergue. A horizontal ground line separates the horse from the lower legend field.
