Obverse description Laureate bust of Emperor Trajan facing right, depicted nude with an aegis draped over the left shoulder, rendered in the bold provincial style characteristic of Alexandrian coinage. The imperial effigy displays strong portraiture consistent with Trajanic numismatic conventions. A Greek legend encircles the bust, reading the emperor's full titulature in the field. The flan is irregular and the surfaces show typical wear associated with Alexandrian bronze issues of this period.
