Reverse description A griffin is depicted seated to the right, its eagle head turned forward and its wings raised and spread behind it, resting its left forepaw upon a wheel — a symbol associated with Nemesis and divine retribution. Beneath the griffin's body, a palm branch is visible in the lower field. The regnal date L Ι (Year 10) appears to the left of the figure. The composition is enclosed within a beaded border, consistent with Alexandrian provincial coinage of the Severan era.
