| Obverse description | Laureate, draped bust of Hadrian facing right, with drapery visible on the left shoulder. The emperor's effigy is rendered in the typical Alexandrian provincial style, with finely engraved hair beneath the laurel wreath. A Greek legend encircles the bust in the field, naming the emperor by his full titulature. The flan shows characteristic irregularity and surface patination consistent with Alexandrian bronze coinage of the early second century AD. |

| Reverse description | Tyche, the personification of Fortune, depicted semi-reclining to the left upon a lectisternium — a ceremonial couch — her draped figure rendered with flowing garments. She extends her right hand holding a long rudder, symbolising divine guidance over fate and the prosperity of the city of Alexandria. The composition occupies the full field of the flan, with the regnal date legend placed in the upper field. The style is consistent with Alexandrian workshop production of the early Hadrianic period. |
