| Obverse description | Laureate, draped bust of Antoninus Pius facing right, rendered in the provincial Greek style typical of the Antonine period. The emperor's effigy is depicted with characteristic beard and laureate wreath, with drapery visible at the shoulder. A Greek imperial legend surrounds the bust along the periphery of the flan. The flan is notably irregular and the surfaces show heavy wear consistent with prolonged circulation. |

| Reverse description | Two deities standing facing one another and clasping hands (dexiosis): to the left, Artemis stands in three-quarter view, turned right, with a quiver at her shoulder and holding a long torch in her free hand; to the right, Asclepius stands facing, his head turned left. Between the two figures, a stag is depicted at lower left and an erect serpent at lower right, forming a carefully composed syncretic religious scene emblematic of the Koinon's civic identity. The Greek legend naming the Koinon of the Mytileneans and Pergamenes appears in the field. |
