Reverse description Heracles standing to the right in the field, depicted as a heroic nude figure holding his characteristic club in one hand and the apples of the Hesperides along with the Nemean lion skin in the other. To the left of the figure stands a tree, likely representing the garden of the Hesperides, a reference to the eleventh labour of Heracles. The composition is a common type for Cotiaeum civic bronzes, rendered in the provincial Phrygian style. The reverse legend naming the local archon encircles the design.
