| Obverse description | Draped bust of Faustina II facing right, depicted as Augusta, with hair elaborately styled and swept back. The portrait is rendered in the provincial Greek tradition, with the legend ΦΑΥϹΤΕΙΝΑ ϹΕΒΑϹΤΗ encircling the effigy. The flan is irregular, as typical of Ephesian provincial bronze coinage of the Antonine period, and the relief is now heavily worn. |
