| Obverse description | Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Valerian I facing right, depicted from behind in three-quarter rear view, a common provincial rendering of the imperial effigy. The armoured shoulders and paludamentum are visible beneath the laureate head. The encircling Greek legend occupies the field around the bust, bordered by a beaded outer ring. The portrait displays the characteristic broad-faced rendering typical of Cilician provincial bronze coinage of the mid-third century AD. |

| Reverse description | Zeus enthroned left upon an ornate throne, his body draped, holding a long sceptre upright in his left hand and extending his right hand downward over an eagle standing before him at lower right. The composition is enclosed within a beaded border, with the civic ethnic legend ΛΑΕΡΤΙΤΩΝ distributed in the field to left and right of the seated deity. A footstool or base is visible beneath the throne. The type follows a well-established Pamphylian-Cilician Zeus enthroned reverse convention used across multiple civic mints of the region. |
