| Obverse description | Bare-headed bust of Clodius Albinus as Caesar facing right, with short hair and draped shoulders, rendered in the provincial Greek style typical of Smyrnaean coinage of the Severan period. The portrait occupies the central field, with the circumferential Greek legend surrounding the effigy. The flan is irregular and shows characteristic hammer-strike deformation at the edges. |

| Reverse description | Zeus enthroned to the left, his body rendered in a dignified seated pose; he extends his right hand holding a small figure of Nike, while his left hand grasps a long sceptre. The type follows the standard Smyrnaean reversal convention for the Olympian deity, with the throne visible beneath the figure. The reverse field is heavily worn and encrusted, with the Greek magistrate legend partially legible around the periphery. |
