Reverse description Two deities depicted in facing stances within an unbordered field: at left, Apollo standing facing, head turned to the right, holding a patera in his extended right hand and resting his left arm on his hip; at right, Dionysus standing facing, head turned to the left, holding a cantharus over a lighted altar with his right hand and a long thyrsus with his left. A crescent with horns upwards appears between the two figures in the upper field. The Greek magistrate legend and ethnic are distributed around the composition, referencing the civic authority under whose supervision the issue was struck.
