Obverse description Bare, youthful head of the Demos (personification of the people of Thyatira) facing right, rendered in the typical provincial Greek style of the Antonine period. The portrait is unadorned, presenting a smooth, idealized visage without diadem or wreath. The encircling Greek legend names the civic entity depicted. The flan is irregular and the surfaces heavily worn, with limited detail surviving in the field.

Reverse description Standing figure of Tyche facing left, attired in a long chiton and wearing a kalathos (basket crown) upon her head, symbolizing civic prosperity. In her extended right hand she holds a rudder, emblematic of fortune and guidance, while her left arm supports a cornucopia overflowing with fruits of abundance. The magistrate's legend, partially preserved and uncertain, is distributed around the figure in the field. The coin is heavily worn, leaving the reverse type only partially legible.
