Obverse description Bare laureate head of Geta facing right, depicted with youthful features characteristic of his early portraiture. The obverse legend encircles the effigy, identifying the emperor by his full titulature. The coin is heavily patinated and worn, with the portrait details largely obscured by encrustation, though the rightward profile orientation remains discernible. The die work reflects the provincial Greek civic coinage tradition of the Ephesian mint under the Severan dynasty.

Reverse description A complex reverse composition depicting Sarapis (?) standing to the right, holding a long sceptre, accompanied by a bull (?) standing right, juxtaposed with the iconic cult statue of Artemis of Ephesus shown standing facing, wearing a kalathos (polos crown) and flanked by her characteristic supports or stags. The reverse legend, arranged around the design field, proclaims the triple neocorate status of Ephesus and its special dedication to Artemis. The overall composition reflects the civic pride and religious identity of Ephesus as a pre-eminent centre of imperial cult and Artemis worship. The surface is heavily worn and corroded, rendering some design elements uncertain.
