| Obverse description | Youthful bare-headed bust of Commodus, draped in paludamentum and cuirass, facing right. The portrait displays the characteristic early features of the young Caesar, with curly hair rendered in low relief. A Greek imperial legend surrounds the bust in the field, partially legible due to the worn and damaged flan. The flan itself is notably irregular, with a large chip or break to the upper left quadrant affecting part of the legend. |

| Reverse description | Zeus depicted standing, facing, with head turned to the right, rendered in the traditional Hellenistic civic style typical of Bithynian bronze coinage. The deity holds a long vertical sceptre in his left hand and extends a patera in his right. The city ethnic legend ΠΡΟΥϹΑΕΩΝ appears in the field around the figure, distributed to either side and partially preserved. The flan shows significant surface wear and corrosion consistent with extended circulation and burial. |
