Reverse description Dikaiosyne (personification of Justice) standing facing, with head turned to the left, draped in a long chiton and himation. She holds a set of scales in her outstretched right hand and a cornucopia in her left hand, attributes emblematic of justice and abundance. The figure is rendered in the classical provincial style common to Bithynian civic coinage of the early third century AD. The ethnic legend ΝΙΚΑΙΕΩΝ appears in the field, identifying the issuing city of Nicaea. A beaded border surrounds the reverse field.
