| Obverse description | Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Emperor Gallienus facing right, depicted from the rear in the characteristic three-quarter back view typical of provincial Phrygian coinage of this period. The imperial effigy displays the laurel wreath, military cuirass with visible pteryges, and draped paludamentum over the left shoulder. The encircling Greek legend identifying the emperor runs along the periphery of the flan. The striking is bold despite the irregular planchet, consistent with local Acmonean workshop production. |
