| Obverse description | Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Caracalla facing right, rendered in the provincial style typical of the Lydian conventus. The imperial effigy displays the emperor's characteristic youthful yet authoritative features, with a laurel wreath crowning the head. The encircling Greek legend naming the emperor as Autocrator Caesar Marcus Aurelius Severus Antoninus runs along the periphery, partially legible due to wear and the coin's irregular flan. |

The encircling Greek magistrate legend, partially obscured by wear and flan damage, names the first archon and stephanephoros Flavius Licinnianus of the Maeonians. |
