(Translation: Emperor Caesar Publius Licinius Valerianus)
Reverse description Leto advancing hastily to the right, her robes billowing in motion, carrying the infant Apollo in her left arm and the infant Artemis in her right arm, both divine twins closely associated with Miletus and its sacred site at Didyma. The figure is rendered in high relief against a plain field, with flowing drapery lending dynamism to the composition. A Greek civic legend reading the magistrate's name and ethnic surrounds the type within a beaded border, identifying this as an issue of the Milesians under the archon Antonius Polemon.
