Obverse description Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Geta facing right, viewed from the rear, rendered in the provincial style typical of the Conventus of Smyrna. The portrait displays the characteristic youthful features associated with Geta's imperial imagery. The legend encircles the bust within the field, identifying the emperor by his full titulature. The flan is irregular, as is common for provincial bronze issues of this period.
