| Obverse description | Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Caracalla facing right, seen from the rear, rendered in the provincial Greek style typical of Mysian civic coinage of the Severan period. The emperor's paludamentum is visible over the cuirass, and the laurel wreath crowns the head. The obverse legend in Greek characters encircles the effigy. The flan shows characteristic irregularity and dark patination consistent with a hammered bronze provincial issue. |
