| Obverse description | Draped bust of Otacilia Severa, diademed and coiffed with elaborate waved hair, facing right. The empress is depicted in the typical Severan portrait style, with a stephane-like diadem crowning the head and garments visible at the shoulder. The obverse legend in Greek characters encircles the effigy, distributed around the periphery of the flan.
