| Obverse description | Radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Philip II as Caesar facing right, portrayed three-quarter from the rear, displaying the characteristic spiky radiate crown of Roman imperial junior co-rulers. The paludamentum is visible at the shoulder, and the cuirass is rendered with fine surface detail. The encircling Latin legend occupies the full periphery of the flan, which is notably irregular in outline. |
