| Obverse description | Laureate and cuirassed bust of Emperor Macrinus facing right, depicted from the front in three-quarter view, with the paludamentum visible at the shoulder. The imperial effigy is rendered in the typical provincial style of the Severan period, with the laureate wreath clearly indicated. The encircling Greek legend occupies the outer field, naming the emperor with his full titulature. The coin shows significant surface wear and encrustation consistent with prolonged circulation. |
