| Obverse description | Laureate and cuirassed bust of the emperor Hadrian facing right, with paludamentum visible over the left shoulder, the drapery seen from the rear in the standard provincial bust convention. The portrait reflects the mature Hadrianic style characteristic of his later reign, with carefully rendered beard and laurel wreath. The encircling Greek legend frames the imperial titulature around the bust. |
