Obverse description Radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Emperor Gallienus facing right, depicted from behind in the three-quarter rear view characteristic of later provincial issues. The radiate crown is rendered with elongated spikes, and the paludamentum and scale-armour cuirass are visible at the shoulder and chest. The Greek imperial titulature is disposed around the periphery of the field.

(Translation: Emperor Caesar Publius Licinius Gallienus)
Reverse description Cybele, the Phrygian mother goddess and principal civic deity of Attuda, enthroned in left profile upon a high-backed throne. The goddess is depicted in long robes, her posture stately and frontal in the Anatolian provincial tradition. A lion, her sacred attribute, is shown crouching beneath the throne. The ethnic legend of the issuing city encircles the design.
