| Obverse description | Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Emperor Gallienus facing right, portrayed in three-quarter rear view, a presentation characteristic of later Roman provincial coinage. The laureate wreath is rendered with pellet detailing, and the paludamentum is visible across the left shoulder. The obverse legend encircles the effigy in Latin capital letters. The flan is irregular and the surfaces show typical green patination consistent with provincial bronze issues of the mid-third century AD. |
