(Translation: Antoninus Augustus)
Reverse description A standing female figure, identified tentatively as Homonoia, depicted facing with head turned to the left, wearing a polos headdress, chiton and himation. She extends her right hand holding a set of scales and supports a cornucopia in her left arm, both attributes emblematic of civic concord and abundance. The figure is rendered in the conventional provincial style with flowing drapery. The circular Greek legend referencing the twice-neocorate status of Nicomedia runs around the periphery, enclosed within a beaded border.
