| Obverse description | Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Emperor Caracalla facing right, portrayed in three-quarter rear view, with the paludamentum visible over the left shoulder and segmented cuirass rendered in fine detail. The effigy displays the characteristic broad-faced, curly-haired portrait style associated with Caracalla's numismatic iconography. The circular Greek legend ΑΝΤΩΝΙΝΟϹ ΑΥΓΟΥϹΤΟϹ surrounds the bust, disposed along the periphery of the flan.
