Obverse description Laureate, cuirassed and paludamentum-draped bust of Antoninus Pius facing right, depicted from the rear in the characteristic Alexandrian three-quarter back view. The emperor's effigy is rendered in the provincial style typical of Alexandrian coinage, with the paludamentum visible over the left shoulder. The surrounding legend, partially preserved, reads in Greek characters identifying the emperor by his full titulature.

Reverse description Dikaiosyne (personification of Justice) standing facing, with head turned to the left. The goddess is depicted in draped attire, holding a pair of scales in her extended right hand and a cornucopia in her left arm, emblematic of equity and abundance. The regnal year date L ΙΕ (Year 15) appears in the field, flanking the figure, a standard dating convention employed on Alexandrian provincial coinage. The overall execution reflects the competent but somewhat worn die work characteristic of mid-second-century Alexandrian bronzes.
