Obverse description Bare laureate head of Domitian facing right, with finely rendered hair and strong portraiture typical of Flavian dynastic coinage. The legend ΚΑΙϹΑΡ ΔΟΜΙΤΙΑΝΟϹ runs around the bust in Greek characters, identifying the Caesar Domitian. The portrait is executed in the provincial style characteristic of Cypriot civic coinage of the Flavian period.
