| Obverse description | Draped bust of Plautilla facing right, her hair elaborately coiffed with a diadem, shown wearing imperial robes. A circular shield or patera-like device is visible in the lower left field. The surrounding Greek legend, partially legible on the worn flan, names the empress in the nominative. The portrait is rendered in the provincial style characteristic of Bithynian civic coinage of the Severan period. |

| Reverse description | Homonoia, the personification of civic concord, stands facing left in full figure, clad in a long chiton and himation. She extends her right hand forward holding a patera in the act of libation, while her left arm cradles a large cornucopia symbolizing abundance. At her feet to the left stands a small flaming altar. The Greek legend surrounding the type identifies the type as the Concord of the Nicaeans. |
